The KMA Planning Committee (KMAPC) is responsible for reviewing and approving project applications and for enforcing standards established in the KMA CC&Rs and the Planning Committee Guidelines.
The KMAPC meets over Zoom on the last Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm. Meetings do not occur in November or December and sometimes are moved to accommodate special requests or if the last Tuesday falls on a holiday.
If you would like to modify any aspect of the exterior of your home, you must get prior approval of the KMAPC.
