KMA Board

The KMA Board of Directors is responsible for conducting the business affairs of the Kirkwood Meadows Association, subject to limitations requiring approval by the homeowners. The Board typically meets monthly and as needed to discuss Association business.  

Board agendas and minutes are posted under the Board meetings tab. Meetings are conducted via Zoom on the second Thursday each month at 6:30 PM, as needed. Homeowners are encouraged to attend. Learn how to participate via Zoom.
